Son Casa Mallorca is a real estate agency located in the trendy Santa Catalina neighborhood, which is in the heart of Palma de Mallorca.

Customer Service Specialist (m/w)

We are looking for a person to join our Inside Sales team as a Costumer Service Specialist. The person we are looking for has communication skills, customer management experience and is looking for responsibility to make a significant contribution to the growth of our project.

What should you bring:

  • German or English as native language (written and oral).
  • Good knowledge of the Spanish language
  • Reliable, organized and able to do your work independently
  • Communicative and team oriented
  • Weekly reporting

Office Manager (m/w)/Inside Sales

Your skills and talents:

  • Experience in the business field and relevant education in business or a related area
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Empathy and the ability to understand and respond compassionately to customer concerns
  • Patience in resolving customer problems and complaints.
  • Efficient problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries promptly
  • Team collaboration skills to work with other departments in resolving customer queries
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing customer requirements and needs
  • Time management skills to handle inquiries within acceptable time frames
  • Friendly demeanor and the willingness to provide customers with excellent service
  • Language skills: English; knowledge of Spanish would be advantageous
